There are 3 main factors (in order of importance):

1.The actual time it takes
2.The timespan of the project
3.The client's budget

To futher elaborate, the time it takes generally depends on how much material there is. If a client has 700 pictures to edit and post on their website - that would drastically effect the production time and thus effect the cost. Timespans must be a minimum of three weeks - which is the most costly since it is a very short timespan to build a website. If no time span is declared, then the longest timespan will default to no more than 6 months (further detailed in the general agreements form). Most clients, choose a more loose timespan, which lowers the cost.

Most importantly is the client's budget. Since Brownz Designs is a small business and understands that other small businesses need a little boost, a budget can be declared by the client for consideration by Brownz Designs. Yes, as webmasters we are open to designing from templates or from scratch. It really depends on the needs of the client. Generally, templates are more affordable and take less time to publish than custom-designed sites.

The Creative Design Process deals with 3 main steps:

Normally, a static site will take 2-4 weeks of development. More complex sites with a volume of material, pages, or programming will normally take at least 8 weeks of development. The project begins when you submit your photos, text, and any other material that is posted on the site.

and other required data is received from the client.

2.Down payment is received from the client.
